Yes, Growably is only available in the GROWTH and RAINMAKERS plans, and it comes fully loaded at no extra cost.

The reason it's not in the base tier is simple: running, hosting, and supporting a full marketing platform costs us real money. Keeping it in the upper tiers lets us cover those costs, while keeping the base membership extremely cheap for MSPs who just want the community and templates without paying for software they aren't ready to use yet.

At our super low monthly price point, there is no private 1:1 coaching or mentoring, however you have a highly supportive community where you can ask for help and our legendary Tribal Elders give their thoughts and advice on most topics in the Tribal Community.

If you ever decide to cancel, you will still have access up until whenever you're paid up to (we're not one of those crappy programs that cuts your access immediately).

We thought long and hard about how we'd setup the billing currency for The Tech Tribe.

And in the end we decided to make all of our pricing in US Dollars.

What does this mean?
Even though our HQ is in Australia, a big chunk of our Tribe members are from all 4 corners of this crazy planet of ours and so we wanted to work with a currency that everyone is familiar with.

As the US currency is the most globally accepted currency at the moment (until Bitcoin takes over), we decided to settle on that.

What about currency shifts?
Sure, there will be currency shifts from time to time that will make your membership cheaper some months and more expensive the next.

But the reality is that unless you are one of those unfortunate people who are living in a country with hyper-inflation - then these shifts will be very small in the grand scheme of your business.

And to be brutally honest - if you're worrying about these slight shifts - then you're focusing on the wrong thing (sorry to say, but it's our job to dish out some tough love from time to time - that's what you pay us for right?)

If you're a fellow Aussie (Tribal HQ is in Australia), then our billing system will automatically add 10% GST on top of your monthly membership.

Because Tech Tribe pricing is based in US Dollars, this means 10% of the USD price will be added to your membership (which still equates to 10% in AUD).

Just making sure we keep our friends at the ATO happy.

Absolutely, we're not going to stop you.

However the Tech Tribe has a "no pitching" policy - so don't join thinking you'll be able to pitch your product or service because we'll simply delete your post and banish you from the Tribe (our Community is a safe-haven away from pushy sales tactics)!

Instead, we encourage you to offer support, tips, advice, coaching and encouragement in your area of expertise and if we notice that you're being a true go-giver - we will likely set you up with a Forum Signature that links back to your offering so that every time you help someone, there will be a link back to your website!

Unlike some other programs out there, we don't want to enforce a commitment term to keep you around.

This means that we need to continually make sure that the quality of our offering stays high so you stick around.

We still have lots of our founding members who joined us way back in January 2017, which shows that we must be doing something right.

So, the simple answer to this one is that you can PAUSE or CANCEL your membership whenever you like (not that you would though).

Whilst Nigel is based out of Australia, around 82% of the 1,000's of MSPs that are members are from outside Australia (mostly USA, Canada, NZ, Europe and the UK).

So, we build all our templates, training & resources fairly generically to be (nearly) ready for use in most countries around the world.

However, before using any of our agreement templates, you must send them to your lawyer / solicitor / legal team to fine-tune / tweak / approve them before they are ever used commercially.

This is to make sure that your legal team are happy with them and that they're customized to suit you and your specific business needs.

Ultimately your legal team are the ones that will be trying to uphold them if you ever end up in Court, so they need to be happy with them.

(they will want to check things like local jurisdictional issues that you might need to account for in your local area)

Ultimately, our goal with all the Templates, Resources & Agreements we build for our members is that we do 95% of the work for you, so you only need to do the final few %, saving you loads of time and unnecessary costs.
