Networking: Meet fellow MSPs who understand the unique challenges and triumphs of running an MSP business.
Knowledge Sharing: Engage in roundtable discussions where everyone can share insights, solutions, and best practices.
Community Building: Foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie among local MSPs, creating a supportive network that you can rely on.

We'll team up to find the perfect spot for your meetup - your local knowledge + our experience = a winning combo! The perfect space is somewhere quiet where roundtable conversations can be had and everyone can be heard.
You will be responsible for setting dates and booking these dates in with your chosen venue and letting the team know so we can add them to the Tribal calendar. On the day you'll check in attendees to the meeting.
You'll moderate discussions, creating a safe space for everyone to share their challenges & successes. Your energy will set the tone, making the meetup a welcoming experience for all.
Leading a network of MSPs who are eager to support each other opens up your network to both local MSPs and other leaders across the world.
We'll equip you with all the tools, playbook and training you need to run a fantastic meetup - no prior experience required!
As the meetup leader, you'll be recognised as a champion of the MSP community and a key name within your own local area.
Ready to step up and lead? Go ahead and fill in the form.
The team will then take the time to look over your application to find out more about you and why you'd like to host a meetup.
As much as these are voluntary roles, we want to ensure leaders are the right people to lead as you will also be representing The Tech Tribe brand.
Sound like it’s something you want to be involved in?

"I love bringing together a room of like minded peers, to ask them to share challenges and wins to allow the group to help with suggestions and to show support. It helps grow myself in confidence, and public speaking, as well as mediating a group which can definitely transfer into your day to day of running an MSP."
"I was keen to become a meet up leader after I saw the impact peer to peer sharing had on my own and other people's businesses... Becoming a leader meant I could be at the centre of conversations to grow my own business and also help give back and help others build their's too."
Typically, the meetups run for about 2-3 hours each month. You’ll want to be available during this time to make the most of it! The best meetups are led by folks who take the time to connect with local MSPs, outside the event itself, encouraging others to come along and promoting across your own platforms. The more effort you put in, the more rewarding your meetup experience will be!
We recommend hosting your meetups monthly. If you go too frequent, attendance might dip, and if you space them out too much, you risk losing momentum. Picking the same day each month is a great way to build a loyal group of regulars!
We’re looking for leaders who can commit to running these events regularly. Aiming for about 10 meetups a year on a monthly cadence, plus two social gatherings—one in summer and one around Christmas—works like a charm!
Not at all! We encourage you to bring in a co-leader who can help run the meetup when you can’t make it. Life happens, and having a buddy to share the organising tasks makes everything smoother. Some chapters even have two leaders working together!
This is a voluntary role, so none of our meetup leaders receive payment. But think of it as an opportunity to give back to your community while building valuable connections!
Absolutely! We’re excited to set up meetups around the globe, as long as there’s interest in your area. No matter where you are, we want to hear from you!
Once you’ve secured a venue and set a date, our team can help get your event listed on the local events page. We usually recommend allowing a few weeks from when it goes live for promotion—this way, you’ll have plenty of time to spread the word!
No need to worry about sponsorship! We handle all sponsorship opportunities internally with The Tech Tribe team, so you can focus on what really matters—bringing people together and helping each other grow your businesses.
These meet ups aren't possible without suitable venues. The best venues are quiet areas or boardrooms where private meetings can be held and there are no distractions or difficulties of people being heard over clashing plates or background music.
If you have a meeting room or area that you think would be suitable to host a meetup, we'd love to hear from you! Drop us an email at [email protected].
As you can imagine, we get asked daily about sponsorship opportunities for Tribal Meetups. Currently we don't have any sponsorship opportunities at this time.
