Yeah, I'm Leigh Wood from Node IT Solutions in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, which is in the United Kingdom. We're a small MSP. We look after medium-size businesses.
Anything from about, I don't know, 10, 15 people, up to about 100, 200 people, basically. We specialize in Microsoft 365. We're a family business, and we really focus on long-term partnerships with our customers.
"We used this budget, worked together, and now that customer is to spend 70,000 pounds over the next year."
And I've used it with other customers and they love it. They love the fact that they've got someone who's practically coming to them to talk to them about their issues as a business, to talk to them about what their plans are for the future and helping them budget that.

So the IT Budget Planner, which is part of the Tech Tribe library, and it was created by Nigel, is an absolutely stonking resource. And off the back of using that with one of my existing customers who have got a base spend of about 17,000 a year, we took them through the full year.
We looked at the hardware, we looked at the warranties that were coming up to date, we looked at any projects they needed to do. We talked to them about how their business was changing over the next year. And we used this budget, worked together, and now that customer is to spend 70,000 pounds over the next year, and it's all planned in.
They're committed to it. We know we're going to do it. We know when the work's going to happen. They know when it's going to happen. And, you know, that was absolute gold dust for us.
Get off the fence and work with the Tech Tribe. It's not that difficult. It's not that expensive. It's incredible value for money for what it is. You need to work with their MSPs. You need to start partnerships with other people, and you will learn so much and your business will grow and develop.
And all those things that are in your head right now, all those demons that you're fighting in your ahead every day or all those issues that you may feel overwhelmed, there's probably a lot of them answers already out there in the community, which is waiting to help you.
